I know there's Nama Shoyu, but that's not completely raw either, it's a pasteurized food item that's fermented so it's only partially alive. This isn't for me, but another member of my community. I know San-J brand is not raw and I just wrote Eden foods. I thought someone in a large community like Seattle might know.
