Under the site Anthony listed:

" Dairy

" Non-dairy cheese, rice milk, and organic butter, all sparingly "

This is confusing. Do they mean non-dairy organic butter? What would

that be?

Yeah, I went to the web page and it clearly says " organic butter "

which I can only assume IS butter as I've never heard of non-dairy

butter. Well, go figure. I thought the diet was 100% vegan. Did I

mention I'm new to this? lol ~lynn

Yes, they mean non-dairy organic butter. It's made from vegetable oils. I have a

book from H.Acres where they specify what type of butter.
