Guest guest
Hi, I've just come back from the Optimum Health Institute in San Diego and am all enthused about staying on raw foods. I'd like to know about good sources for wheatgrass juice, juicers, dehydrators, raw crackers, etc. Any resources would be very helpful. Many thanks, Araya
Guest guest
Hi Araya, Chaco Canyon Cafe on 50th & Brooklyn in U. Dist. They have a web site you can probably Google, or search the past posts. They send messages to this list. Madison Market on about 14th & E. Madison (Madison Valley/Capitol Hill area) has a juice bar, refrigerated prepared raw foods, and packaged stuff like crackers, cookies, etc. Sidecar on University Ave. has prepared raw foods. You'll find lots more if you read past posts. There's a new raw organization (Raw Washington--I'm sure Monika will post). She's starting a store soon and hosting events, etc. Good luck, Laurie RawSeattle , " eitzorjuno " <eitzor wrote: > > Hi, > I've just come back from the Optimum Health Institute in San Diego and > am all enthused about staying on raw foods. Guest guest
Hi Araya, NW Living Foods has over 400 organic, raw food and lifestyle products at greatly discounted prices in stock in Redmond that you can come to the store to shop by appointment (425-868-8128), or go online (www.nwraw.com) to order and pick up in Seattle on Thur or Sunday or have UPS'd to your door. We were in transition between web sites when the storm hit and are still not fully loaded onto the new site (and still don't have internet back yet) so if you have questions or don't see something you're looking for, give a call. Thanks.
