Weekly Raw Potluck/Support/Social Group each Thursday

evening in West Seattle.

6:00 PM start - 7:00-9:00 PM eat - 8:30/9:00 PM check-in/discussion Ends at

10:00 PM (whatever time you get there, or have to leave, will be perfect!)

 

Details:

Our intention is to have people in the Raw Food Community that

are in various stages of this powerful lifestyle to share where

they are at, and to freely give or gain whatever they may either have or need,

in the area of support (and have fun!).

We want to provide the access for those that have gained so

much from this, to inspire, encourage and share what has worked

for them.

At the same time, we want those in transition to be able to

comfortably and honestly share the difficulties they are having

and get some input and insight from those that have embraced a

higher level of success.

 

What to Bring:

Please bring raw (preferably organic) food to share, properly labeled, as well

as your own plates and utensils. If you don't know what to bring but are

interested in coming, just bring some organic fruit, or some organic mixed

greens with dressing on the side. If you have a favorite chair or pillow, bring

it along. Otherwise, everything you need should be provided. Just show up and we

will make it work out great.
