Guest guest
Nick, These may not be the tables of scores you are looking for, but these are the extensive nutrition tables I compiled many years ago. I do plan to update them (at some point after I upgrade my computer!) The new ones will be far more extensive and will include one based on content of amino acids. http://www.soystache.com/nutritiontables.htm Jeff On Mar 7, 2007, at 7:46 AM, Nick Hein wrote: > btw, I found a table of food ratings similar to the NNR on Dr. > Fuhrman's site. > http://www.drfuhrman.com/library/article17.aspx > > Does anyone know if there is a rawfood site that lists any similar > sort of ranking? Guest guest
Hi Nick, I have a food chart on my website that rates food based on its appropriateness, this being defined primarily as the ease with which the body can break the food down and the (consequent) quantity of waste it produces in the body. It's here: http://www.rawschool.com/bestrawfoods.htm Best wishes, Nora
