Today I discovered an awesome website with raw food videos. I've been glued to my computer screen all day! Check them out at http://feralfoods.org/video.html I counted 70 videos on there. Some great ones I watched are: - Angela Stokes talking about her 92 day juice fast which she completed last month. - David Wolfe on making superfood smoothies - Chef Elaina Love making Bombay Curry Casserole - Travel through a durian orchard! - Chef Terry Stiers making Thousand Island Dressing (Which I made for lunch today... it is delicious!) - Interview with Heather, a 10 year old raw foodist and more! I was, however, a little unsure about the fact that he was putting in cayenne pepper into the one smoothie. He said he was doing that so he didn't drink it all at once. He said if he put cayenne pepper in it, he could drink it all day. What do you all think of that and spices in general? Thanks for the link!
