Guest guest
Greetings: Can anyone suggest an alternative treatement for tendonitis in the heel? Thanks
Guest guest
I've used and suggested to others the use of powdered clay (that I got from the health food store; there are several brands, and they all seem to work fine to me). I mix it with water to form a paste, apply it to the area and let it dry completely, and then put on socks or stockings and proceeded with my day or night. I showered it off when I bathed the next morning. One of my sisters who had spurs in her heal and was walking with a limp said it made a big difference for her. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Thanks very much Lynda and Wanda. There's certainly enough Reflexologists around and the clay pack sounds interesting also.
