Healing Sun Kemetic Yoga and Live Food Intensive: Runaway Bay

Jamaica August 24 – 31, 2007, at the HEART Resort

Join Master Instructor Yirser Ra Hotep for a week long Kemetic Yoga

Intensive and Certification in Runaway Bay Jamaica. In this Kemetic

Yoga intensive we will use the healing properties of the sun to

purify our bodies, minds and spirits by practicing intense Yoga

postures, breathing and meditation in the Sun. The warm sun will

allow you to significantly increase your flexibility and to sweat for

detoxification. All meals will be raw (vegan) and prepared with

organic fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds under the

supervision of world renowned Master Chef Aris LaTham of Sunfired

Foods. Participants will revive themselves with fresh cocount water

and fruit juices that will restore electrolytes.

In addition to the Yoga intensive participants will receive live food

preparation classes by Aris LaTham along with lectures and workshops

in internal energy healing for the mind and body, and the principles

of universal law by Wayne B. Chandler, author of Ancient Future, The

Seven Hermetic Laws of Ancient Egypt. At the end of this unique 7

day experience you will have significantly healed whatever ails you,

improved your flexibility, strength and balance and detoxed your mind

and body of negative energy and self-defeating attitudes and

behaviors.

Perhaps you've already considered it, but many of us who teach school return to work during the last week of August; although I am aware that many schools open earlier in the month. I'm sure that it will be a wonderful time. Perhaps I can make it at a time in the future.

I wasn't aware that school starts that early. I live in Chicago and

school doesn't start until the first week of September. I don't know

what the perfect time to do something is, but there will be more

opportunities.
