Guest guest
Braggs liquid aminos is a soy product, I believe it is cooked, not raw. There is always Namu Shoya which I've been told is fermented and raw. I order mine on-line as I can't get it locally either. I rarely use it, so a bottle lasts me a year or better. Guest guest
Nama shoyu is also soy and as such, I stay away from it. Plus, soy is toxic unless cooked (which would create other types of toxins).
