Braggs liquid aminos is a soy product, I believe it is cooked, not

raw. There is always Namu Shoya which I've been told is fermented and

raw. I order mine on-line as I can't get it locally either. I rarely

use it, so a bottle lasts me a year or better.

Nama shoyu is also soy and as such, I stay away from it. Plus, soy is

toxic unless cooked (which would create other types of toxins).

It is no secret Braggs does contain MSG.

do to the structure of the ingredients , Braggs creates MSG while sitting on the shelf
