The one time that didn't research before forwarding, someone has given me a little blues and accused me of being inaccurate with posting info that was outdated. It seems the bill was dismissed in 2004 and 2005 but according to your post, 16 Senators remain in someone's pocket or illnesses such as these " hasn't affected anyone in their families, yet.
