I have to tell yo that I have been raw for over 8 years and I too still get bites. I have all the other wonderful effects of Living Live. I was in Kingston , Jamaica doing a Living Food Program For Bob Marley's family and I got two bites . I was in Ghana and I did not get any bites . I was in the mountains both times. The mountains usually have less skeeters. , Any way I still get bites. Maybe because I was a diabetic before going on Live Food.

I've gotta refute this mosquitoes thing, just from personal

experience. I've been vegetarian for 20yrs and even now that I am

eating almost ALL raw fruits/sprouted seeds/veggies (about three

months) the mosquitoes are still coming after me like crazy. I mean,

if I am with ten other people, I will get five times more bites than

any of the other people. This was the same with my father and my

grandfather. The whole family is anemic due to heredity, a

Mediterranean condition. I am sure without a doubt the going raw has

helped my general health, will have to see the blood test from my

next physical to see wh/nt the anemia has improved. However, just

wanted to say that I do not believe it is toxins from an unhealthy

diet that are attracting all of these mosquitoes, and that going raw

has not improved that. In fact, I got a bunch of new bites last

night. And I AM a sweetie pie (diet wise, anyway!), for sure. So

maybe they just like sweetie pies like me.

Popph,

When you have lived this way for a year or two, then come back and share

your experience. Give your system time.

Hi Poppy,

I don't think 3 months is quite long enough to show you a real

difference. We were well into our second year of raw when we noticed.

You must consider also that although you were a vegetarian for 20

years, your veggies had been heated and or frozen which changed the

molecular structure and therefore, your foods weren't 100% live. I

would suggest giving raw a little longer and check out what happens

next mosquito season.

Thanks for writing. More likely, the particular construction of your RF program. There are many ways ... and most leave the body in a continual state of undernourishment (though not nearly as severely so as with SAD eaters).

I don't do that any more. I just whiz up fruit in the blender and

serve smoothie over ice (or not).

I was actually wondering that myself. I have been eating a lot of banana ice cream made from frozen bananas.--ScottDon't under estimate the wisdom of nature. If man made it, don't eat it.Raw Vegan
