Guest guest
I just want to thank you, Elchanan, for taking the time to chat with me the other day; on the phone. It was a very informative discussion. I have since reduced my use of fatty foods, such as, nuts avocados and coconuts. I now have a main staple of bananas. However, I do have a question. If I increase my intake of bananas, will I have problems with too much potasseum; or anything, which could be harmful? Thanks.I have also greatly increased my intake of carrots. I guess I now have to main staples in my diet. I just want to know if it is possible to have too many bananas, or carrots......... --ScottDon't under estimate the wisdom of nature. If man made it, don't eat it.www.POISONINGaNATION.com Learn about the power of raw foods at ---> http://www.rawfoods.com
Guest guest
Carrots are very high in sugar, most of us maintain a diet of dark leafy greens, (marinated lacinto kale) for protein and fiber. Not sure why youre focusing on carrots and bananas. Read Dr. Cousins, and share with several of our live food family members.Above all, listen to your body, it is your wisest teacher Blessings pam Scott <scottm Fri, 28 Sep 2007 6:35 pm Bananas and Elchanan I just want to thank you, Elchanan, for taking the time to chat with me the other day; on the phone. Guest guest
evolution, and hybridized are quite different... and there are lot's of wild foods. Not condemming the hybrids, just mentioning that for info, when you talked about the bananas being a staple food, and thinking about a statement you frequently had in your post " If man made it, don't eat it. Guest guest
Man didn't make the bananas........... Man simply bread them..... They are made by nature. If they were genetic engineered, then they would be man made. That statement is referring to processed food. --ScottDon't under estimate the wisdom of nature. If man made it, don't eat it.www.POISONINGaNATION.com--- blakensons wrote:"Mark Blake" <blakensons Subject: Re: Bananas and ElchananSun, 30 Sep 2007 20:37:01 -0400 evolution, and hybridized are quite different... and there are lot's of wild foods. Guest guest
the seedless bananas are not from nature, and even though natural hybriding occurs in nature it doesn't produce seedless fruit >Scott <scottm > > >Re: Bananas and Elchanan >Mon, 1 Oct 2007 06:32:59 -0700 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >Man didn't make the bananas........... Guest guest
I would love to be able to eat only non-hybridized, and wild fruits and veggies. However, it isn't very practical these days.I get what your saying though. I just think it's pretty close to impossible to find all non-hybridized produce. However, if I could, I would love too. --ScottDon't under estimate the wisdom of nature. If man made it, don't eat it.www.POISONINGaNATION.com--- blakensons wrote:"Mark Blake" <blakensons Subject: Re: Bananas and ElchananMon, 01 Oct 2007 17:08:48 -0400 I have no need in convincing or converting you..
