Guest guest
greetings Scott & Family,It sounds like we are devolving and running in reverse so swiftly Scott currently. Unspecified species of bananas (deductively commercial type) and carrots? This is why I have said the things about this person Elchanan that I have. And even furthermore, I am not alone in the quest to free up from the god-spell of Elchanan either! Do this research Scott with yourself exclusively. If you listen to this Elchanan person, you may be eating even lower on the totem than [commercial] bananas and unspecified carrots! Listen to your own intuition and body-speak.Let us think about this Scott. Further, let us be truly present and cognizant in our consciousness about this. Where is the juice in a commercial hybridized banana? Why would someone who is allegedly conscious and progressive suggest that you simply eat bananas? What specific species of bananas? Did you have the awareness that there are nearly 500 species of bananas in Jamaicaalone presently? Dried nuts/seeds I can innerstand not heavily relying on them. Avocados I innerstand even less, but coconuts? Coconuts are a staple raw food drink & pulp. Why in the world has this person evidently dissuaded you from Coconuts? Coconut water speaks volumes in effects of purification and being a pristine drink only second to pure water. Think about these things close Scott?I would suggest you bliss your body-temple with a moist palate everlasting. Our bodies want to be juicy and feel sexy. Who is more heralded as sexy among us human beings, men or women? Women is the clear answer to this. Do you realize that every curve (yonic) of a woman is attributed to lipids~fats and their relationship to (saline) water? I would suggest you put moist foods into your body continually. Bliss up some marinaded deep greens with hemp seed oil, marinated seaweed, royal himalayan crystal salt, fresh squeezed lime/lemon juice and slice some juicy ripe heirloom tomatoes over this with baby spinach!A fresh mango salsa or salsa verde goes well with this too. Enjoy things like thisRadiant Possibilities,~Rezz Yisrael Tonight's top picks. What will you watch tonight? Preview the hottest shows on TV. Guest guest
Blessings Rezz and family, ummmm Rezz, youre inspiring me to make mango salsa with my greens. yummmy!!! The concern I'm having with coconuts, is based on what I've learned here that the thai coconuts, which are relatively easy to acquire in our consumerist reality, are not healthy due to the processing, but it seems virtually unaffordable and highly difficult to purchase the green coconuts, and drinking frozen bottled coconut water just doesn't taste the same as drinking it straight from the coconut itself. If you or anyone else in the family knows of an affordable way to purchase green coconuts, please share blissfuljoy pam Rezz Yisrael <zirlah scottm; Sun, 30 Sep 2007 7:04 am Bananas & Elchanan (again?) greetings Scott & Family, It sounds like we are devolving and running in reverse so swiftly Scott currently. I'd like to include more greens in my repertoire but not just in my smoothies. I loved cooked greens... all kinds... and was wondering how I could incorporate these greens in a raw lifestyle. Thanks in advance.Rezz Yisrael <zirlah wrote: greetings Scott & Family,It sounds like we are devolving and running in reverse so swiftly Scott currently. Guest guest
Thanks Mark My kids and me love the Thai coconuts, but given past conversations regarding the processing I felt discouraged. They do sell them at shoppers in your area for about 99cents a coconut. Here there much more expensive. I'll start buying them again.
