Greetings...I was truly blessed by the Raw Vegan Lifestyle/Highest Good workshop. There was plenty of information yet certainly not enough time to go into detail regarding everything that was presented. I appreciated the fact that it wasn't primarily about food but an all inclusive presentation of wellness concerning every aspect of our lives. I do think I would benefit in the future to have a few topics to share at a time because Dr. Natural is so well informed, I believe it would allow information to be processed on a deeper level for me.

As always Avalaura was/is a warm and gracious host with so much love and positive energy to share. The combination of Dr. Natural and Avalaura made for a wonderful opportunity to share. I'm looking forward to more events.

May I ask what are your primary topics of interests as well as the family primary topics of interests for workshops / events?

My primary topics of interests are music and dance [as in parties with upbeat dance music with positive lyrics],happiness,health,wealth,etc.

Raw vegan cuisine is only a part of a healthy lifestyle.Raw vegan cuisine has all of the nutrients,fiber,enzymes,water and oxygen intact.Basically everything else that everyone states about raw vegan cuisine is based upon the effects of consuming raw vegan foods that has its nutrients,fiber,enzymes,water and oxygen content intact.Blended foods-energy soups,green or fruit smoothies,juice,water and / or dry fasting will have even greater effects upon health and healing for those who are properly prepared [718-783-3465 for proper preparedness].

We as a people need to embrace more of elements of a happier,healthier and wealthier lifestyle to become living examples to save humanity.

Our happiness is our greatest fortune,our health is our greatest asset and our wealth should be generated by whatever bring us our greatest happiness and health with no contradictions.The number one cause of death is job dissatisfaction-monday mornings between the hours of 8:00am and 9:00am=monday mornig blues.

Most people most of their lives destroy their health chasing wealth only to later destroy their wealth chasing health.

The most important thing we can do in life is to define our life purpose on paper and create a prioritize list on paper what makes us happy and then create a plan to be in alignment and then work that plan.
