Our Universe is constantly attempting to shower us with what we need. Needs that will create a constructive means to an end. It is a rhythm which allows for greatness and accomplishment because it transcends the dense prison of 3-dimensional reality where efforts are slowly if ever rewarded and our perspectives and direction are in constant confusion and flux. Thus the practices you learn harmonize you to a frequency which allows you to attract the many things the Divine is attempting to give but has difficulty finding you in the sea of 3-dimensional discombobulation if you will. So think of these practices as a homing beacon which attunes

and makes you receptive to the higher vibratory energies of Universal Mind. These practices are very powerful, rarely taught energetics dealing with techniques in Cosmic Breathing. This is breathwork that deeply integrates you in both spiritual and physical planes which hold your life force. We have already learned the importance of tongue connection and how it channels our life force in and through the organs in the body.
