New Green Living Radio Show Launches in August

Three dynamic 21st century community builders share their experiences about building community with mindfulness and green living on Go Green Sangha Radio's first episode.

 

 

July 18, 2008 - Washington, DC - Tune into the first episode of Go Green Sangha Radio, a monthly Internet radio show on Talkshoe.com, on August 10, 2008, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm (EST). Ananda Leeke will host the show. The theme is "Building Community with Mindfulness and Green Living." Leeke's Go Green acronym is an excerpt from her poetic memor, That Which Awakens Me: A Woman's Poetic Memoir of Self-Discovery (iUniverse, Inc. - December 2008). Leeke is also the author of Love's Troubadours - Karma: Book One (www.iuniverse.com - iUniverse, Inc. - August 2007). Her debut novel tells the story of Karma Francois, a thirtysomething Oakland-born BoHo B.A.P. (Bohemian Black American Princess) yoga teacher, museum curator, and art consultant with Louisiana and urban debutante flair. The way she wears her womanhood as she confronts the effects of her poor life choices and embraces a spiritual journey of healing and love, makes her a 21st century

archetype that everyone can relate to.

 

Leeke is a yoga teacher, Reiki Master practitioner, artist, writer, creativity coach, radio host, and entrepreneur. Currently, she works as an artist-in-residence for Smith Farm Center for Healing and the Arts at Howard University Hospital. Leeke is a graduate of Morgan State University, Howard University School of Law, and Georgetown University Law Center. She lives in Washington, DC.
