Does anyone know where to buy rejuvalec?I am so new at living foods that I feel lost and overwhelemed as to learning to sprout and how to get started. I want to make Ann Wigmore's energy soup and thought if I could purchase rejuvalec to start that after a week or so my brain will get less foggy and I can start learning how to sprout and make my own. Thanks,Kim

Hi Kim, Rejuvalec is very easy to make. Just blend up cabbage and water into an applesauce consistency. Pour into a jar, cover with cheesecloth. Ferment for 2 to 3 days. Pour off this water and drink. This is the instructions that I got from Sharon Greenspan (http://wildsuccess.us)-TinoPS: I think that MOM's sells raw saurkraut.Kimberly Devkota <kim.devkota Sent: Wednesday, October 22,
