I only saw this today because I'm on digest...Rejuvalac is easy to make---3 cups cabbage and 1 3/4 cups water in your vitamix.Process until it's like applesauce.Pour into a clean jar and cover with cheesecloth held in place with elastic.

Let ferment 2-3 days depending on how warm it is in your space. You'll smell when it's done ;-) and your home may smell a little too--be prepapredStrain through a mylk bag squeezing the rejuvalac out.Refrigerate and drink every day. It's also great to use in smoothies.

SPROUTS--I'm having another class THIS SATURDAY.Register and details here http://www.wildsuccess.us/workshops08.html#SproutHappy--or call me--301-816-0752

I'll be demonstrating several systems:

> hemp-flax sprout bags

> plastic trays

> jar sprouting

and talking about the benefits and pitfalls of each. I'll also explain why some systems are better for certain kinds of sprouts than others and where to buy organic, sproutable seeds.

What are the benefits of drinking rejuvelac? Are the benefits similar to drinking Kombucha tea--which I am experimenting with trying to make? Are they also similar to consuming raw honey with apple cider vinegar?--- On Thu, 10/23/08, Sharon Greenspan <sharon wrote:Sharon Greenspan <sharon rejuvalac and sprouting Cc: kim.devkotaDate: Thursday, October 23, 2008, 9:37 AM
