Guest guest
-I have been raw on and off especially after I had my daughter. Have used a couple of books. I was just introduced to " Everydayraw " , Mathew Kenney. You can order from Amazon or pick one up from Borders. The price varies from 14 to 21 dollars depending on the carrier. I think the author runs a raw food restaurant. The dishes are so delicious. The ingredients are very few easy to find and inexpensive. He walks you through the recipe and even arrangement, meant to impress everyone. My daughter is about 4, she loves the dishes from this book. Now I can see that we will stay raw for life. Goneraw.com is very good and also we likeitraw.com Juicer, blender and food processor are good to get started. Dehydrator is also an important tool to have, the prices for Excalibur dehydrator are in 200's, you can throw some food in the morning and it will be ready by dinner time -- In , kimberly cooper <krenata8 wrote: > > I want to learn how to fix organic raw dishes but don't where to begin. Guest guest
Greetings, I just ate at the restaurant: Pure Food and Wine last night. How coincidental that you post this message today. Mathew is no longer apart of that restaurant, but the food is amazing. Very upscale. I want to to go to Rawsoul and Quintessence as well. There's another restaurant next to pure food and wine called Sal Anthonys that is also live vegan. NY is RAWSOME. Blessings family and much love Pam Muthoni <karibu89 Mon, 10 Nov 2008 7:37 pm Everydayraw by Mathew Kenney. -I have been raw on and off especially after I had my daughter.
