Guest guest
Just finished dinner. Another salad. Feeling bloated and gassy. Can we drink herbal tea? Thinking that may help. Anybody have any suggestions?
Guest guest
Digestive enzymes! Most health food stores have them. Get plant based (vegetarian) ones that have all the different enzymes to help break down the raw foods your body is getting more of than usual. You want cellulase, amylase, lipase, and, protease You may have been doing too many different foods at once too. Many times eating simply with just 1 to 3 or so ingredients is easiest on the stomach. Guest guest
Realizing that some of us are tossing lots of info and/or resources to the 21 Day Challengers I thought I'd mention a few ideas in hopes of helping you to be frugal or at least offer some options on where to shop while paying attention to quality products. I don't profess to remember all establishments so it would be appreciated it if anyone else would chime in with other shopping options. 1. Mt. Rainer, MD (3300 & 3400 blocks) has a Wholelistic Store, a Book Store and GLUT Food COOP. 2. The Vitamin Shoppe offers discounts on items. 3. DC Produce Coop offers great prices on produce twice monthly. Watch for online postings or join the group at www.dcproducecoop 4.
