Questions re: sugar cane juice and once again the green coconuts: Where do you purchase these foods? and the knife you use for the coconuts, I believe it is a special type of knife/machete; where can I find one of those? The cleaver is what I use.. You can order them online, or go to the various dept stores.. We got ours from Linens and Things... I be;ieve they are closed down now.. One w/ a a little thickness on the top seems easier to use.
