I've been on a fast for the past three days; I ate celery for the past two days but only in the evening. I fell last night drinking a glass of wine, and my stomach is feeling yucky but my weight is down to almost exactly where I want to be. I want to ease back into eating; I usually start with honey dew, but your recipes really wet my appetite. Thanks so much for sharing.
