JUNK FOOD CAN CAUSE IMPOTENCY AT AGE FORTY AND YOUNGER.

A person who consumes junk foods such as refined white sugar, salt, white flour and other refined carbohydrates can become impotent or have sexual problems and sex related diseases at the age of forty or younger. Such culprits as white sugar, salt and white flour are processed foods, which rob the body of valuable nutrients, enzymes and moisture. Junk foods also have a high amount of preservatives in the form of synthetic chemicals. Salt, honey and sugar are preservatives. Preservatives pull moisture out of the nerves, muscles and organs and the tissues of the cells of uterus and prostate, which makes them less flexible and prone to disease. It also causes them to become disease-proned and can lead to sexual reproductive problems and even death. They say death begins in the colon. Death actually begins in the mouth.

The average person has between 7 & 15 pounds of undigested food, manure (waste) impacted in their large intestine when living off a junk food diet. The colon gets packed with food that has turned into paste because the moisture has been taken out of this junk food. The waste gets hard and blocks the absorption of nutrients and water. Junk foods definitely destroy the sex organs.

A person who eats a lot of junk food could become impotent at the age of forty or so. Why is it they put a warning label on toothpaste, which is not that dangerous, but fail to put a warning label on Frosted corn flakes, cookies or ice cream, yet they have many of the same devastating ingredients?

What is Erectile Dysfunction?

Erectile dysfunction, also known as impotence, is the inability to sustain a satisfactory erection to perform intercourse and ejaculation. It's estimated that 10 to 30 million men in the United States experience some form of erectile dysfunction. Over 50% of men aged 40 to 70 have experienced erectile dysfunction and this number increases with age. However, erectile dysfunction is not inevitable with aging, even into the 70s and 80s. Men can enjoy sexual activity throughout life, although the amount and force of ejaculation and muscular tension decrease.

There is a higher rate of heart disease in men with erectile dysfunction. All men, particularly older men, with erectile dysfunction and no cardiac symptoms need a medical evaluation, detailed cardiac assessment, blood pressure measurement, lipid profile and blood sugar test, as well as lifestyle advice regarding weight, diet, and exercise.

Later on I discuss the various factors involved in psychological and organic erectile dysfunction

GRAND RAPIDS - WHAT IS THE CROSSOVER DIET? The Crossover Diet) is the median between a diet of foods that are detrimental to your health and a diet of foods that nourish your body and promote good health. The Crossover Diet is a conduit between a healthy and an unhealthy diet. It is a diet that cushions the transition from a lifelong habit of eating foods high in fat, salt and sugar to a diet of foods lower in fat, salt and sugar, including whole grains, vegetables, fruits.

You can start right now where ever you are with your eating habits and gradually Crossover to a healthier diet.

The key to being successful in transitioning to a healthy diet that you will stick with is the taste of the food . The Crossover Diet has it all, foods that are healthier for you and taste delicious.
