If you would love to live in a green raw vegan co-housing eco-village but aren't ready to buy a home, we are now accepting applications for a 2nd raw vegan village in the Shangri-La of Ojai, CA in which the homes will be rentals! This village will have 20 town-house style homes:- 10 homes will be 1 bedroom, 1000 square feet each, $1000 per month. - 5 homes will be 2 bedroom, 1500 square feet each, $1500 per month. - 5 homes will be 3 bedroom, 2000 square feet, $2000 per month.Right now, we are collecting names for a list of people who would love to live in this village, and would be able to put down 1st, last, and deposit after we obtain the financing to build it. The financing to build this village would be secured through demonstrating this list of interested and committed parties.We are also asking that you send us a short list or description of your skills. The village will have a business or businesses that

the villagers can operate together, such as a raw restaurant, store, publishing company, farm, or other business to be determined based on the skill-sets of the applicants. The goal is for the village business to generate enough money for you to easily pay your rent.This village will be entirely green-built, non-toxic, solar powered, and pleasing to the eye. There will be a common house in which the villagers can gather to enjoy communal time and food together, with a co-operative home-school and office-space to work together.
