Usui Reiki I and II Training

Learn the art of Energy Healing

Usui Reiki I Training Saturday, February 6, 2010 10AM-5PM

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a simple and effective form of hands on healing that uses Universal Life Energy to help dissolve problems in the body, mind, and spirit. It is a natural approach to healing that is safe, gentle and non-invasive. Join us in this experiential workshop which meditatively attunes you to the Reiki powerful energies. This full day workshop will explore: the History of Usui Reiki, the Reiki Principles & Philosophy, Ethics, Energy healing including the chakra system, grounding and centering yourself, self care before and after a Reiki session, and how to conduct a typical Reiki session. You will receive a Reiki I attunement. This workshop will prepare you to perform Reiki on yourself, on friends and family and on plants and animals. This Class is almost full! INVESTMENT: $150

Usui Reiki II Training Sunday, February 28, 2010 10AM-5PM Reiki II builds upon Reiki level I training. In this experiential workshop, learn the Reiki symbols, how to draw them, and how to use them in your healing sessions. Participants learn five methods of absentee/distant healing as well as how to empower your goals with Reiki. You will receive a level II attunement. Class size is limited for personalized attention.

beautiful like minded women, receive healing services, listen to an enlightening presentation on the topic of the month and eat a delicious vegan meal. Zumba Dance Fitness: "A fun alternative to basic exercise" with Denny

Zumba is a dance fitness program based on Latin and International music. Join us in exploring this "feel good" workout in a low-key, high-energy environment. The dances and steps are both interesting and manageable to class participants. There is no fitness level or dance experience requirement. Avalaura Gaither Beharry is a holistic healer, certified life coach, and spiritual counselor who is the owner of Avalaura's Healing Center, a wellness center in College Park, MD. She empowers individuals in the healing of their minds, bodies, and spirits through Marabout spiritual healing, Spiritual counseling/Life Coaching, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Yoga, and more. Avalaura is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker who holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Howard University in Washington, DC.

This is a five (5) week teleclass that meets every Monday from 7:30-9PM starting February 22nd to March 22nd.

INVESTMENT: $300 plus $6 S/H (includes workbook and meditation CD).

Normal cost is $820. Payment plan is available. This is a steal!!

If you are participating in this process and find you need one on one sessions with Avalaura, she is offering discounted $80 one hour phone sessions (normally $100) to give you additional support. This rate is good for a full ten weeks beginning February 22nd.
