greetings raw family,leaving the country is a very viable solution! currently, i have been living in costa rica. in between, honduras and nicaragua also. there are indeed realistic options for single persons, couples and families. please see for yourself:http://www.ic.orghttp://wwoof.orghttp://www.couchsurfing.orghttp://www.freecycle.orghttp://www.homestead.org/BrowseAllTitlesbyTopic.htmthe suggestion is simple. agri-culture is still the number one human being activity engaged in on a daily basis throughout the world, fact. there is homesteading, home-stays, work-exchange, barter, cultural immersions with local peoples elsewhere that will welcome you into their home the same day you meet them. these individuals are not on a fear-based mode of interaction[ie., what are they going to do to me, my property, etc?] despite all that we intake from the incessant drumming up of violence/negativities in "common knowledge", there are still many who live a simple peaceful lifestyle. we just do not hear about them hardly at all....ever! it only requires the initiative of communicating to potential hosts and/or sponsors your desires, needs, visions, etc. for synergies to

manifest...i suggest living in the tropics, for all of the above reasons that one of us can innerstand. puerto rico is a realistic way to wean oneself off of the U.S. and realign with nature thoroughly. thereafter, plenty of other countries for a person to pick from. simply, being near any type of rainforest and having access to local, free-cultivating, ripened raw foods on a regular basis is indeed paradise in a real way! you see what and where things are growing over a period as your cyclical rhythms are coalescing with mama nature. also, being close to fresh & salt waters is such an amazing magnetic dynamic to enliven ones essence & creativeness. money is not the sole determinant factor!!we find a way... we make a way. did not one of our grandmothers, aunts, mothers share this wisdom with us prior to this moment? everything is not

I agree that leaving the country might be a good idea however this problems seems to be global and possibly inescapable. I saw this article about nanotechnology in food products the other day and I immediately took a copy to a local congressman and they were shocked and never heard of such a thing. I think it is important that the FDA make it mandatory for these products to be labeled, and I will do my part to let more people know. So few people are aware of this and that includes the people that work for the government. So the ones put in office to "protect" the general public are as ignorant to these things as the people they are trying to serve. I encourage people who are

concerned to spread the word to the "powers that be".
