Guest guest
OK guys, does anyone know of a good, preferably free, cookbook for the computer? One that I can add to so that I can organize all these great recipes? Mastercook no longer exists and I've already tried the Easy Chef CD that I got at WalMart (not good). Thanks. Genie I would rather regret that which I have experienced than wish I had experienced that which is past. - We Remember 9-11: A tribute to the more than 3,000 lives lost

Mastercook has been reincarnated. A software company called Valu-Soft bought it, and has now issued a release of it. http://www.valu-soft.com/ It's not free, though. Pat -- Pat Meadows Books, books, lovely books! Great reading! Used books at very reasonable prices. http://www.wellsborocomputing.com/books.html
Guest guest
Genie, Do a websearch for AZZ cardfile. It is a program that has a free version and also the newest release has an indefinite use to it. It can be used for anything actually but I really like putting my recipes into it. Guest guest
http://www.ffts.com/ Now You're Cooking, about $30 after a free trial. You can put in and organize recipes, make shopping lists, etc. If you don't mind taking the time to enter all the stuff it can be quite useful. No more Mastercook?! I thought that one was widely used. Kris > > > OK guys, does anyone know of a good, preferably free, cookbook for the > computer? Guest guest
My suggestion for you has to be " The Vegetarian Times Complete Cookbook " . Covers almost everything. Guest guest
Hi Sue, I really like Nava Atlas' 5-Ingredient Vegetarian Gourmet. It's healthy and quick. What you like about a cookbook depends on how you cook. A good idea might be to visit a used bookstore and look at a whole bunch of cookbooks and see what you like about different ones.
