Guest guest Posted September 22, 2002 Report Share Posted September 22, 2002 30 oz canned Black Beans 60 oz canned Dark Red Kidney Beans 30 oz canned Light Read Kidney Beans 1 package imitation meat (crumbles) 2 Jars favorite spaghetti sauce Spices to taste (I like garlic and white cooking wine) Mix in big pot Heat on low for 1 hour or until done. (Stir periodically so it doesn't burn.) (Note: This recipe freezes well and tastes good after being microwaved.) The beans add a starchy flavor like the pasta does, but it adds a lot more protein.
