Oh, I forgot one that is very good, but it was on the lower shelf because

it's larger. Very clear and beautifully illustrated. That also I have tried

many things from, all good.

Thanks, Irene. I think I'll look for Madhur Jaffrey's book

on Half.com or Amazon.com (Amazon sells used books now

also). I did have it and liked it (before I foolishly gave

it away!), so I think it would be a good one for me to have

again.

 

I may look for the one you've mentioned above too.
