Now i have a nasty sinus infection, although it started out like an intestinal flu. I'm going to the doctor later today, which is a problem, because our car is in the garage undergoing major repairs. Try this: Right before bed, lie on the bed on your back, with your head hanging over the edge. Squeeze the contents of one vitamin E capsule up each nostril. Sniff to get it into your sinuses, but not down the back of your throat. Sleep. When you wake in the morning, you will find the E helped heal your inflamed sinuses.
