We also enjoy the Subway sandwiches with lots of everything but meat.

(Hold the cheese for me, too.) However, be aware that a 12 " sub is

still a lot of bread, which translates to lots of calories and

carbohydrates.

Yes, it would be a lot of simple carbohydrates and calories

- I get the 6 " sub though - still probably a lot, but one

has to eat out SOMETIMES...

This was part of the conversation I had with Subway attempting to find out

the ingredients in the bread since the local shop had no clue. It occurs to

me if we all wrote them that we could perhaps tickle their need to capture

more customers particularly since our posts to them would show addresses

from all over the country. That would be cool. You could use the address

below or just go to the Subway site and use their form. They were incredibly

fast in their response. I used their form and consequently don't have a copy

of the original inquiry.
