And isn't Texas supposedly known for its fab chili and BBQ sauce recipes?

Maybe y'all ( I know it doesn't sound natch coming from a Yank like me), but

mayhap you southern dwellers have a tried and true BBQ sauce recipe you

would be willing to share here?

 

I do have a lovely offer from a member in Israel, but he would have to go

through great trouble converting the measurements so I could try it. So, if I

don't get one from others here, I may have to force him to do that for me. ;-)

We do have the best of both. Unfortunately the only

thing I grill is pizza and maybe some side veggies or

fruit. Can't give any good bbq sauce recipes...

Hi P_T, I belong to a chili group called chilitalk with a few hardcore

Texans. They are very kind and help out in anyway possible. I put in a

request but so far no luck. They put up some url's directed at recipes, but

I know you would rather have a homeade recipe. I'll keep checking the group

for other posts.
