Guest guest Posted November 22, 2002 Report Share Posted November 22, 2002 Cabbage Casserole 1 stick butter- melted 2 cups crushed corn flake crumbles 4 cups shredded cabbage (about one head) cooked and drained 1 can cream of celery soup 1cup milk ½ cup mayonnaise a cup shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste Mix melted butter with corn flakes. Cook cabbage until tender. Mix soup, milk and mayonnaise. Stir in cheese. Add drained cabbage. Pat half the corn flake crumbs into a 8 X 11 greased casserole dish.
