Guest guest
What about a nice rindless Brie with assort crackers? Or maybe stuff the brie with some fig preserves. What about some Tirimisu for dessert? Hummus spread with assort veggies for dipping? Mandarin oranges drained with a tiny bit of coconut for topping? Strawberries dipped in choc? Bread sticks with marinara? Pasta salad? Veggie sandwiches with nice bread and cheese. (tomato, lettuce, sprouts, onion, carrots), I'm just throwing out ideas not menus. Don't forget the breath mints! LOL!! It's hard to think picnic when there is snow on the ground and temps in the low teens and wind chills around 0*. LOL!!!!!! Just add a little whip cream and there you go! LOL Actually, it sound more like the Moravian Cookie shops but the banana split would be more fun! Geez, you asked for advice.. this sounds pretty good! It would sure shake my DH up! (he'd probably forget about the food aside from the whipped cream) Robin in NC
Guest guest
Hey everyone! I need help. Men, please speak up. I'm planning a romantic picnic Saturday night and need some pointers on foods, drinks and sweets. It's going to be very dark outside...We'll be on a blanket up the banks of the Colorado River. I need to check on the moon phase to see how lit up the sky will be. Anyway, hopefully there will be plenty of stars. And I will have about a dozen candles. What would be some great finger foods to take? Incorporating of course any sort of aphrodisiac ingredients;) Then there is the drink. I was wanting a nice bottle of merlot but would that be too cliche? And dessert! I must have dessert! Any suggestions would be nice. It's been ages since we've gone out on a date. I'm trying to be as sneaky as possible, btw. And, I'm clueless. TIA, Allison Mail Plus - Powerful. Affordable. Sign up now. http://mailplus. Anything you can smear on each other and lick off would be good. > Incorporating of course any sort of aphrodisiac > ingredients;) Chocolate, vanilla, and cinnamon are the key -- especially on skin. Basically, the more like a spicy cookie you can make yourself smell, the hotter the sex is likely to be. This basic scent mix stirs males like crazy, it's even researched. > Then there is the drink. Merlot is fine, Cabernet-Sauvignon is fine, and even some nice Rieseling if you intend to sip and enjoy white wine. > And dessert! I must have dessert! Any suggestions > would be nice. Cherry tart, with strawberries mixed in, and some whipped cream on it, and on other things later on... It's been ages since we've gone out on > a date. Wear Birkies, wool socks, jeans, and a flannel shirt, under which you have a lace teddy with snap-open crotch and maybe even stockings you can remove one at a time... > TIA, > Allison > > > > Mail Plus - Powerful.
