I feed Solid Gold to my cats as well, and they thrive on it.

While not willing to put my dog on a veggie diet

I would just like to mention-it is VERY good you decided to not put

your dog on a veggie diet. This is NOT good for them. Dogs are

carnivors and need to have the meat in their diet. The vegetarian

foods on the market are made to supplement diets only for dogs who

may have food allergies.

Ok-sorry that was a bit off topic but I had to mention this.

I forgot to mention-I am not totally against veggie dog food but it

shoudl NOT be fed as a staple food. While humans can thrive being

vegetarian, dogs can't and will therefore have a shorter lifespan.

Ok-off the soapbox now

Dogs are omnivores just like we are and a veggie diet is VERY healthy for

them. I could not feed my dogs animal flesh that is too diseased to feed

humans. I have consulted 4 vets who agree.

Dogs are not as carnivorous as cats but do need meat. I too have

spoken extensivley about this and all feel HIGH quality dog foods are

much healthier than a veggie diet.

Everyone's taste is different, and all the products you name are good

quality. I prefer Morningstar Farms Grillers Original, for a burger sub,

while my son prefers the Boca Vegan, for instance.

You surely needn't spend much to try each, simply rotate through one box a

week.

The Boca Italian Sausage and Bratwurst are deliciious, to me. Can't tell

they're not real.
