I'm sorry, and that was a very good guess!! I wasn't thinking about the

name at that moment.

It's a softgel (veggie I think) produced by Source Naturals, called

" Neuromins DHA, " 200 mg. I buy them from www.Iherb.com 120 in a bottle

for $40.

We both eat ground flaxseeds daily. DH's cardiologist

recommended that he do so - and said he recommends that all

his patients eat either lots of oily fish *OR* flaxseeds.

We grind them freshly in a little electric coffee/spice mill

- this only takes about 30 seconds. I put them in my

breakfast muesli or hot cereal or in a smoothie. DH likes

to mix them with a little applesauce and eat them that way.

We buy them online from Bulkfoods.com -

http://www.bulkfoods.com - this is a very useful online

supplier, IMHO.

A Flaxseed Oil supplement is my choice enhancing for the other omega-3 fatty

acids my body needs. I use the Nature Made 1,000 mg dietary supplement.

It's very reasonably priced at Cosco. I take three a day. It's also a

softgel and I have no clue about its source.
