Guest guest
I end up eating between 1200 - 1800 calories a day, averaging in the lower ranges. My carbs are fine IF I consciously eat low calories and shy from the high glycemic foods. However, I still maintain this is difficult, and damned nearly impossible for most people. Guest guest
I guess I'm confused by what's being received. One email says how difficult controlling the carbs are. The next day, another one says the carbs are fine. My brain are getting numb from that kind of indecision. My policy is simple: Eat a varied diet of whole natural foods, and enjoy it.
