Soo, on the list so far I have: cheese and cracker platter, with cheese spread black and green olives, pickles.. pico de gallo, and guacomole chips of course, tortilla rolls(cream cheese and pickles then rolled and cut-they are yummy) spinach dip(NEED A RECIPE!!!) veggie platter mosticholi(sp) anything else? Guest guest Posted January 23, 2003 Report Share Posted January 23, 2003 I have two spinach dip recipes in the files section under snacks, Anna. Do check those out. One is for a warm dip where the dip is warmed inside a hollowed out bread bowl, and the other is the more conventional chilled version. Another thing I have always found that goes well at these types of gatherings, is a crockpot full of chili or some kind of thick soup. You needn't have loads of dishes either, just provide insulated cups or some other type of disposable dish to eat it out of. Garlic bread or brucetta are nice as well served along-side. Cookies are nice, too. Have fun and relish in the fact that he now owes you....
