Guest guest
Go find out why it tastes bad. Have you ever taken a sample of your water in to be tested? Sometimes well drillers and even pool-spa companies will test your water, if not for free, but at a small enough fee to be affordable. We have a private well, and we get our water tested to assure drinking quality. If you are on a city water system, go to the city council or some such office and ask them for the test results and water purity info. File a complaint about the bad taste while you are there; maybe take a bottle of it in to show the clerk and offer her a glass. I used to use a Brita pitcher with filter, but after having my water tested and finding out how good it was I simply use the pitcher without the expensive filter. It is a lovely thing to have an ice cold glass of H2O. I hope you can find a solution. I know some folks buy those filters that connect to their taps to purify the water as it flows. I am not sure what way is best. ~ PT ~ I don't like that man. Guest guest
Your local health dept should do water testing. We have well water and have it tested by them periodically. We use a Best Water purification system and pitcher. When I don't have that I like Le Bleu Brand. And I'd be willing to bet I spelled that wrong. As much as I see it you would think I could spell it LOL oh well....
Guest guest
It's been a long day... I should have clarified myself a little better. We have well water but I like to purify it. We use the Best Water Purification Counter Top System and we also use a Perfect Pitcher filtration by Best Water for the frig. When I'm away from home I drink the Le Bleu bottled water. They have home and business delivery available in the big 5 gal bottles. They also make the NASCAR brand. I think some of the bottled waters aren't any better than tap water and I've read some even put salt and sugar in their water. I think Dansani by Coke puts stuff in theirs. Guest guest
I believe that health departments test for free. I am so glad that I have the most awesome well water! , " Feral <terebinthus> " <terebinthus> wrote: > Go find out why it tastes bad. Have you ever taken a sample of your > water in > to be tested? Guest guest
since we are on the subject of water.... i do not really like the taste of water... but i have discovered glaceau fruit water, which i drink constantly now. i like that it doesn't have sugar or anything in it (although i think that there vitamin water does..) but since i have seen people here discussing that many bottled waters add chlorine etc to the water... i wonder if this is really good for me to be drinking.. does anyone know anything about this water? Guest guest
i don't know, but it strikes me as a tad disturbing that something fruit flavored has zero calories since fruit juice has calories. of course tea has zero calories, but what do you think they flavor fruit water with? my guess is excrement that once was fruit. , ~michelle~ <goldfish_cracker_addict> wrote: > since we are on the subject of water.... i do not > really like the taste of water... but i have > discovered glaceau fruit water, which i drink > constantly now. i like that it doesn't have sugar or > anything in it (although i think that there vitamin > water does..) but since i have seen people here > discussing that many bottled waters add chlorine etc > to the water... i wonder if this is really good for me > to be drinking.. does anyone know anything about this water? > > > > Send Flowers for Valentine's Day >
