Guns Don't Kill But People Kill With Them

Not that it matters a whit but the original message stated that

Motorola -- incidentally one of several CIA front companies -- makes a

component USED in land mines.

Note the distinction. Detonation devices are what you cite. Fair enough.

A candle wick can be used as a fuse. Fertilizer and manure can be used

to make nitrate bombs. If you mix 7UP and Chlorox you get chlorine gas.

You begin to see, after awhile, that holding anyone but the actual mad

bomber accountable is either impossible or very selective and based more

on prejudice than fact.

I understand what you're saying but i'm not convinced because of one

reason. 7up and chlorox have other purposes. food and cleaning

respectively; electronic detonation devices are used only for blowing

stuff up. until you can tell me a practical, non-violent use for

(electronic) detonation devices, my anti-motorola stance, stands.

Mining for natural resources...oil exploration...demolition of aged building

(using controlled implosions) to make way for new construction...in a

limited number of cases--road, canal, and tunnel construction.

Oops!! Once I got started, I couldn't stop. I hope, you're not upset to

get six.

well oil is something i wish we could stop using, and i don't drive a

car for just that reason..

but my understanding of what i was told is that land mine-detonation

devices differ from the detonation devices used in larger

explosives. meaning that motorola is designing detonation devices

specificially and exclusively used for land mines. i would like to

know whether or not that is the case.
