Guest guest Posted February 13, 2003 Report Share Posted February 13, 2003 Coconut Cake 4 cups flour 3 cups sugar 1 package coconut flakes 2 Teespoons Baking powder 2 cups Buttermilk 2 Eggs 2 cups light whipped cream Stir eggs and sugar. Add two cups of the flour and the Buttermilk and then the rest of the flour and the Baking powder. Mix well 350 F 25-30 min Then pour the liquid light whipped cream over the warm cake. I never use special cake flour, because I´m from germany and we take " regular " flour for cakes. I don´t see some special flour here in our supermarket. So you can take these or that.
