Guest guest Posted February 16, 2003 Report Share Posted February 16, 2003 Nut-Spread (self-made) ( store cool in the fridge) 2 oz Hazelnuts 5-10 Walnuts 1 Tablespoon Sesame 4 oz Butter 1 Tablespoon Honey Hazelnuts and Walnuts chop up and roast them in the pan for a short while also the sesame. I like it because in the normal nutspread are a lot of sugar and preservatives and other unhealthy things.
