Guest guest
AMARETTO-CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE: This is my own creation, and this is what you'll need: 1 Keebler Choclate Graham Cracker Crust Pre-Made 1 container of liquid Amaretto Coffee Creamer 1 Cheesecake Mix [Jello, My-T Fine, etc. - take your choice] 1 small package of Herseys Chocoate Morsels 1 small jar of cherries 1 Bottle of Amaretto Liquir 1 container of Cool-Whip 1 Bottle of Christian Brothers Chateau La Sallle Wine 1 container of Pepperage-Farm Cookies 1 container of fudge syrup [the kind you use for ice-cream sundaes] Choclate Sprinkles How to make the Cheesecake: Follow the directions on the pacakage for the Cheesecake Mix. Store the mix for the graham cracker crust for future use since you're going to use the Keeblers premade crust. Instead of using milk to make the cheesecake - use Amaretto Coffee Creamer. Fold in the Hershey Morsels and chop the cherries and fold them into the mix. Then pour into the crust and top with the cheesecake topping that comes in the box. Put it in the freezer and let it become somewhat solid. Then take it out and put a layer of fudge syrup all over the top. Then invert the platic top from the keeblers crust and crimp around the top and let it freeze. Before serving - while the cheesecake is thawing; let the cool whip somewhat sofen and add a couple of shots of Amaretto Liquir and mix into the cool whip and put back into the refrigerator. When serving - put a dollop of the cool-whip on top of the cheesecake. Sprinkle with the Chocolate Sprinkles; add a cherry on top and two of the cookies of each side of the cheesecake and serve with a glass of the Chateau La Salle Wine - and: ENJOY! Guest guest
Wow, this might just be an Australian thing or it might be a me thing but I don't recognise most of the foods listed here. I like to try cheesecake recipes (and veganise them , caramel has worked the best so far) so maybe you could give me a description of what they all are. I would really appreciate (sp?) it. Guest guest
Sorry - I shoulda read further in the Digest before responding ;=( I have a fix on the ingredients now, too. Many thanks for that ;=) I'll have to file that away for when I have someone with a sweet tooth coming round - a handy recipe if you have the ingredients in the cupboard! Of course, we might run out of the wine, sighhhhh, before anyone arrives . . . best, pat sant -- SANTBROWN townhounds/ http://www.angelfire.com/art/pendragon/ ---------- * " Until he extends the circle of compassion to all living things, man will not himself find peace.
