In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, apple juice, water, and apple pie spice. Stir in apples, raisins, and walnuts. Add bread. Mix gently to combine. Spoon mixture into prepared container. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
