Ranch & Phyllis Pellman Good Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Fix-It and Forget-It Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 cups potatoes -- cooked, peeled & diced 1 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/3 cup butter or margarine -- melted 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. If you prefer soft onions, saute in skillet in butter or margarine before combining with other ingredients.
