Ranch & Phyllis Pellman Good Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Fix-It and Forget-It Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes 1 pint sour cream 1 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup 1 dash pepper 2 cups Velveeta -- cubed 1/2 cup chopped onions 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Combine all ingredients except potatoes in large bowl. Then fold in potatoes. Spoon into slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours and then on low for 2 1/2 hours. The Velveeta has a creamy consistency that the other cheeses don't have...but I don't like Velveeta.
