Guest guest
My name is Marilyn. I am a VERY busy mom, with six kids still living at home (two not at home). I homeschool one child who has multiple disabilities, belong to and/or own several (which I love!), and I'm a brand new Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant! Whew!!! And in my SPARE time...LOL! Anyway, I really love my crockpot- -we wouldn't eat without it many days. But both my husband and myself have high cholesterol. I am looking to incorporate more lowfat vegetarian meals into our family's life, and I hope to get some great ideas here! Marilyn

Guest guest
Hi Phoenix! Most nights, there's 5 little guys and my husband and me at the table. Not too bad, especially since several of the little guys barely eat! Occasionally, our oldest daughter, her fiance, and/or our son who's away at college are here for dinner as well, but that's not the norm. To be honest, I wouldn't know how to cook for one or two people! LOL! I have cooked for a small army for so many years now it's just second nature. Have you checked out the archives here? I am slowly going through them and finding some wonderful recipes! I'm glad this group is getting more " chatty " --it was lonely here for a while!
