Guest guest
Marilyn, I would be very interested in this, also! I have been trying to find uses for " alternate " grains in my family's diet, and millet has been a tough one. So far, I have added it to cornbread with extra soymilk and used it as part of a multigrain hot breakfast cereal. It makes lousy pilaf, in my opinion. TIA for the recipe. Guest guest
Okay, Jude! I promise to get the recipes for millet butter soon! I don't find I like using millet in many other things either. But it makes a great butter substitute! Marilyn Mom of eight VERY interesting kids, and proud grandma-to-be of TWINS!
