Hi! New here (usually just lurk LOL) but saw some questions about

these and thought I would throw out my $0.02!

For cheese, we use Soyco foods Soymage Vegan cheese (so far only

tried Mozzarella and Cheddar) and Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese

and LOVE them! The kinds we'd previously tried (which all had casien)

were horrible, truly, but these are just amazing. :)

For mayo we use Vegenaise and honestly can't tell the difference

between that and regular.

Another vote for Tofutti Sour Supreme here too (as well as their ice

cream products!).

The cheese has mostly organic ingredients, the others not as much. I

do have a book however that has recipes for cheese, mayo and other

things that you can make on your own out of organic (or whatever)

ingredients. Here's the url for it:

We're moving toward 100% organic as well so I sympathize with you on

trying to find vegan AND organic products!
