Guest guest
I use the oder Rival crockpot it cooks much slower then the ones the sell now. I set my beans abd lentel stews on low and 10 hrs is about right for them. If you are starting vegetarianism you would benefit from these two good books, easy to understand and will be a great help to you. http://www.amazon.com/Being-Vegetarian-Dummies-Suzanne- Havala/dp/0764563351/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1? ie=UTF8 & s=books & qid=1214143875 & sr=1-1 and http://www.amazon.com/New-Becoming-Vegetarian-Essential- Healthy/dp/1570671443/ref=pd_bbs_2?ie=UTF8 & s=books & qid=1214144576 & sr=1-2 You can get used copies from Amazon or see if your local library has them.
